Refunds
There is a non-refundable administrative processing fee of $40.00 for any withdrawal after the player registration form has been submitted, regardless of the date of withdrawal or reason for withdrawal.

Pre-season through December 15, 2010
Players will receive a full refund

December 15, 2010 - January 15, 2011
Players will receive a 50% refund

January 15, 2011 through end of season
Players who withdraw for non-medical reasons will not receive a refund. Players who withdraw for medical/injury reasons may receive a refund in an amount to be determined by the Registrar and/or directors of the Tomahawks Lacrosse Club.  If a player must withdraw because team space was limited and they were not selected, a full refund will be given. All refund requests should be sent to the Treasurer. Please include the date, player's age group, contact information and reason for withdrawal.
